Coronary Bypass is a fun, fast and flowing singletrack trail, preferred as a downhill. It has a hard-packed surface with fairly smooth sections interspersed with rougher sections with rocks and/or roots. While predominantly downhill it has a number of punchy climbs and lots of twists and turns as well as up and down undulations. With many hairpins and sharp turns it traverses a forested hillside and in places squeezes tightly between trees close to the trail. Rated as a black trail it is suitable for confident intermediate riders and above.
Access Info
At its upper end Coronary Bypass starts on Coronary, at the point where the top end of Fence Line and Poundcake also joins Coronary. It rejoins Coronary again at its western loop where Bog Meadow intersects.
