Amazing views and scenery High altitude backcountry wilderness alpine trail. Expect plenty of elevation gain, and a technical descent off the pass. Bring plenty of clothing, food, tools, and supplies. Trail follows old mining roads for much of the ascent, then descends via singletrack to Joe L'orsa Cabin. From there it is an 8 km descent on old mining road again to the edge of the park.

The grand and classic Cronin Pass. Located with Babine Mountains Provincial Park this amazing route will...

Ascended via sliver king basin trail. Very easy access with a small hike n bike uo into the alpine grass land. From here to trail is fanominal until you reach the tree line on the Cronin pass size. Absolutely intense bushwacking with a bike for over and hour before the trail was remotely rideable, and even then it was still riding through very thick brush. Finally once we reached the road the pedal back to Driftwood canyon with out camping year was very long and grueling. Reached the truck 24 hours later. (Moving the whole time minutes about 10 hours in camp)

Beautiful views. Can be accessed from the west via the Silver King trail and made into an out and back (forgoing the main descent to the eastern trailhead). Well worth any moments of hike-a-bike.
