Cutter descend is fun with a nasty rock garden near the top...the climb however is very difficult and steep. Feels like more of a deer trail than a MTB trail in places. The steepest and most direct way to the top of lower Whiskeytown.

      Rode this October 10. Very narrow. People say it's more a deer trail. Whelp, I spooked a few deer coming down!
