A little more up means a lot more down 3.3mi loop of the McKenzie Ranch competitive race course. Please access trail from Lozen Loop and ride clockwise. Please pay attention when merging back onto the Lozen Loop. It is the responsibility of all non-bike riders in all directions and riders traveling the opposite direction to yield to those riding clockwise.

The Daheste Loop is named after Dahteste (circa 1860–1955), a Choconen Apache woman warrior.

 Fun trail for an easy, chill ride. The trail is in excellent condition. Much thanks to those who built and upkeep it. We really enjoyed it.

      This trail was still being worked on when i rode it with my wife and some friends last weekend. I am a fairly new rider. This is only the third trail I’ve ridden. But it was the most fun i have had so far on a mountain bike. There was a lot more climbing than i was used to. But the down hill sections are amazing! The berms are perfect. I have a hard tail and i felt great going as fast as i could. My only complaint is at this point with the trail being so new, it was kind of tough to find the south loop. But our friend found it and we had a great time. There is no shade at all and if you think you have plenty of water, bring more. But other than that, it is great!
