The closest thing to a downhill trail in Missoula. Take in the view of Lolo peak before dropping in. Steep and rowdy the whole way down, with rock chutes and roots. Dust off the big bike and have at it. Better in May and June before the motos tear it up. Shuttling to the top is an option, but the ride up on the forest road isn't bad.

      		 Rode from Sleeman Ridge intersect to Deadman Gulch. Ground was frozen in most places. As sun started to melt areas of the trail it became muddy....
