The upper 2/3 of this trail is currently closed for improvements. I hopped on at trafalgar and it was not flagged as closed but probably should have been?

Definitely not a black diamond trail. In fact, there’s nothing a beginner can’t ride. I enjoyed it a lot! It is flown, but some places you need some speed to make it flow. It’s really fun at high speeds

There is a bit of misinformation in the prior comments: Flo Ride is bi-directional on the northern two-thirds and it is downhill-only (north to south) on the southernmost third going down to the Lake Ann trailhead. There are a handful of climbs going either direction in the northern two-thirds. It’s a fun trail and the DH section is fast and somewhat flowy, but it is not a “flow” trail as commonly understood in MTB vernacular.

Make sure you ride from north to south. Its one way. It is very flowy. Has climbs yes but a lot of it is downhill. Its pretty fun but keep in mind it's supposed to be one way so plan that in your route.

Not a black diamond. I believe the sign said intermediate. Also not a down hill flow trail. No berms jumps or drops either.

Don't be fooled into thinking this is only downhill as it's far from it! It has lots of loose small rock as well.
