A black diamond downhill only route running north/south from the Back 40 trail back to the parking lot on Castleford Dr. This flow trail consists of rollers, berms, jumps, and small rock gardens. The trail winds its way down a series of steep slops and has some significant exposure in sections.

The trail has a number of road crossings, so ensure you slow down and watch for traffic.

Don't be fooled into thinking this is only downhill as it's far from it! It has lots of loose small rock as well.

Not much flow, wish I would have skipped it.

Not a black diamond. I believe the sign said intermediate. Also not a down hill flow trail. No berms jumps or drops either. Frown

Make sure you ride from north to south. Its one way. It is very flowy. Has climbs yes but a lot of it is downhill. Its pretty fun but keep in mind it's supposed to be one way so plan that in your route.

There is a bit of misinformation in the prior comments: Flo Ride is bi-directional on the northern two-thirds and it is downhill-only (north to south) on the southernmost third going down to the Lake Ann trailhead. There are a handful of climbs going either direction in the northern two-thirds. It’s a fun trail and the DH section is fast and somewhat flowy, but it is not a “flow” trail as commonly understood in MTB vernacular.
