The Hoback trail is the primary uphill ride at JHMR, getting you up to the top of the bike park at the Sweetwater Gondola. It's a beautiful ride and climbs very nicely. It's also narrow and while you can descend, the other trails in the park flow better on the way down. Expect to encounter hikers and dogs, and potentially moose, bears, and other wildlife.
