Ledges loop is a bit more techy than most of the trails. Some of the sections ride a long a ledge with some slab type rock which is pretty cool. Some of the trail has loose rock sections but for the most part it is pretty smooth singletrack with short ups and downs. All trails at Phil's World are directional (clockwise) for mountain bikes (though not for hikers/equestrians).

I've been avoiding this trail for years based on the description and the comments -- I shouldn't have! Finally rode it for the first time yesterday, and as mentioned by grampa, other than the 2-foot drop there's nothing here that's too difficult. I will add a pic of that drop if I can figure out how.

This one is definitely more intermediate with a few little advanced sections. Just more techy features on rock but also has some flowy stuff up and down the mountain as well. connect it with all the others for a bigger loop. If you try to come back on this from the most southern point it feels like I got lost for a second or just didn't take the correct right hand turn. It's a good one to add some tech mix amongst the flow.

less ledgy than I would have imagined from the name. 1 optional 2 foot ledge drop is the only ledge I really remember... but fun desert singletrack anyways.

We hope you've been enjoying Trailforks!
