Mill Trail is a short section of a cart path that was used as an access road connecting Taft Trail to the Taft Shingle Mill. The trail runs along a section of an unnamed stream that flows from a large beaver pond, that was used as a water source for the mill wheel at the mill. At the end of the trail near the mill site is a junction with both Smonin' Joe Trail and Rockodile Trail. Mill Trail can be used as a bypass to avoid the very technical Rockodile Trail tby connecting directly to Taft Trail.
Mill Trail junctions with Taft Trail at one end and with both Smokin' Joe and Rockodile Trail at the other.
