This is a popular jeep route, and has a lot of slick rock and is a rough ride. Extremely demanding for bike riding, but spectacular views.

Getting to the top of the Mesa is extremely challenging. Once on top, it’s not too difficult except for a number of deeper sand sections. Getting back to town via hidden valley is not recommended. I’m sure somebody can ride this, but this is clearly designed to be a hiking trail

MoabRim is Rather Challenging and Interesting and Scenic, but also rather frustratingly arduous to get to (via MountainBiking up MoabRim Trail NW side, or Hike-a-Bike HiddenValley Trail SE side)...
HiddenValley (Hiking) Switchbacks (on the SouthEastern 'end' of the MoabRim) is an ExerciseInFutility (with a MountainBike, UP-Especially, yet Down as well)... HiddenValley was may 'preferred' access to MoabRim (before I spent 2 hours Hike-a-Biking less than 2 miles to get up to the actual 'HiddenValley')... It is nice that they allow MountainBikes, yet it is rarely utilized because it is a rather arduous Hiking Trail... InOtherWords; I am glad I used it to get up to HiddenValley and MoabRim, but I probably wouldn't ever do it again, nor recommend anyone I know to attempt that method...
