This is a very scenic trail, mixing doubletrack and wide trail and is definitely one of WBCs most popular XC ski trails. Offering superb views of Moose Mountain and the chance to see moose in adjacent meadow/marsh. All of the sun exposure means that it is prone to rapid melting during Chinooks and can be left icy. The loop can be hiked and ridden in the summer although it can get very soft and boggy in places. The west side of the loop is shared with Tom Snow North.

In Winter, this trail is groomed exclusively for XC skiing.
