      Toward the beginning there was some loose pumice / sand to deal with. Great and easy option to the more crowded Downtown trail.

       Probably one of the quieter rides in Mammoth.

      Start at Minaret Vista for a downhill ride. Very sandy in areas. There were a few sketchy sandy downhills with exposure. About 1.5 miles from the Earthquake Fault are two steep and sandy climbs. I will bail onto the snowmobile trail next time to avoid these.
