A Novel Strain... a new and different strenuous climb around the first canyon lake. Climbing about 25m in total gain.

Access Info

The trail head is about 700m north on access road from Insanity Later - Scotia Banks trail head. On that access road , take the first right at the Y-intersection (240m), then next left at the T-Intersection (700m). You should see the lake. The trail head is on the right (20m from the T).

      Re-aligned trail. Straightened approach into bench area. Cut large poplar and moved it off trail. Cleared debris.
