A popular climbing route to access the Blue Mountain foothills trails. It starts in an open grassy area then enters sparse trees and swings to the northwest and takes a gradual climbing traverse. It passes through a few switchbacks and then levels out before joining the Blue Mountain Main Corridor trail at a major intersection.

Significant tree down between the switchbacks. Easily spotted when climbing but would hate to be bombing down and not see it.
