A fun flowy trail, Pumphouse Loop Trail is best ridden counter clockwise starting from the Route 2 side of the Multi-Modal Trail. Great for beginner riders but fun for all. The loop is approximately 1.5 miles total length and can be tied into other trails in the Pine Mt/ Moose Brook area for a longer more challenging ride.

Access Info

*From Rt 2 parking: cross highway and head south on the multi-modal 1/10 mile. Directly south of the bridge across the Moose River, find Pumphouse single track heading east (Pine Mountain Loop heads west).

*From Bellevue Rd: at the red brick pumphouse, follow single track north-east on the powerline cut, in 1/10 mile veer west under an apple tree arch to the wooded trail.
Trail can also be accessed via the Hinchey/Presidential Rail Trail Connector if you park at/around Moose Brook State Park.
