Great sporty single track trail from the upper Green Valley parking up to the fence of the Bearclaw poppi gate. Take this warm up your skills and avoid the boring dirt road. Trail starts next to the green utility box. Head down the slick rock towards the wash. The trail turns left just before you reach the wash withe rock ledge on your left. It meanders bak and forth through the wash following rock cairns. After a few up and downs the trail makes a 90deg right turn and leaves the wash. The trail is narrow single track in red dirt an makes its way across giving you a great view of the Green Valley in the distance. The trail merges with a hiking trail that comes in from the left as you turn left and head towards more slick rock. There are a few technical features that are a solid blue and will test beginners. The trail makes its way towards the water tower with a mix of red dirt and slick rock sections. Follow the obvious rock cairns and the trail comes off the rocky feature and turns right paralleling the dirt road. It then winds and ends by the water tower and the bearclaw poppi gate. This trail is fairly new but has had increasing traffic lately making it fairly easy to follow.
