Named after Marvin L. Rowley, the research forests manager from 1973 to 1986, this is a well-travelled short gravel road spur that leads to the summit of McCulloch Peak from a four-way intersection of forest roads at the top of The Wall.
Access the bottom of this road from the top of Road 700 and Road 760. This road dead-ends at McCulloch Peak near the Skillings Connector.
