The first of five new trails added to Poinsett from 2012 on, the blue blazed Splice was a needed through trail from neighboring Manchester State Forest to access Campbell's Pond (MSF property) trail to the north of Poinsett and to divert bike traffic off of Park Road. The trail undulates gently through the western and mid sections but has some short steep climbs on the eastern end. Used to access Whippoorwill, Laurel and Knot trails. Runs about the length of Park Road from the main entrance. Length is about 1.0 mile.

Access Info
