This nearly 3 mile trail is one of the crown jewels of the Racker trail system. It climbs relentlessly, has challenging ledge rides and technical features, and has a Sidewinder section which dives into a steep valley and races back and forth up the sides. The climb back out at the end efficiently snuffs out the euphoria.

The Stimulus trail is bidirectional however the Sidewinder out-and-back valley section is directional.

The trail is commonly run from Ken Wood after a right onto a quad trail and quick left after a huge fallen pine - ending on the same quad trail. Turn right onto the quad trail and look for the left on Upper Graveyard after about 200ft.

Both trail entrances are discreet to avoid discovery by motorcycles. Please do not mark or make more obvious.

Legend has it that the trail was named Stimulus by a laid-off builder who built it while on unemployment during Obama's stimulus program. Thanks Obama, we love the trail

      What a great trail. Once you ride it once adn figure out y ou can get off your breaks and haul this is a blast. Not as tight as the rest of Racker. Let it flow!!!!!
