Directional trail featuring the legendary Hill of Death section

The Upper Graveyard trail in it's entirety is a directional trail running from Stimulus (after a short distance on a quad trail) down a super-steep hairpin section called the Hill of Death.

After about .5 miles you'll see state forest boundry markers on the left and the Border Patrol trail entrance on the left. Shortly after this you enter the Hill of Death section starting with a fast, seriously off-camber traverse, then entering the challenging switchbacks. Put the dropper post down if you've got one and try not to crash At the bottom of the switchbacks, there is an added option of a boulder on the left that can be rolled or hucked, however the trail is still steep, and fairly tightly lined with trees.

Shortly after the Hill of Death switchbacks, you pass the Hangover trail entrance on the left which is very easy to miss. At this spot, the trail turns to Graveyard.

This trail is unsanctioned, use at your own risk!
