The Catch, named so for the pits that used to be here to catch various animals, is a stunning trail going from Tjuvtjärnsvägen to the canoe crossing at the lake of Stora Stentjän's northwest bay.
On this trail you will find a lot of variation in elevation and difficulty going all the way from easy to seemingly vertical bedrock with roots.

- Starting out at Tjuvtjärnsvägen, you will be climbing diagonally up the mountain where you then reach a very steep drop onto and over a wide footbridge that has a handrail on one side.
- Then you climb yet again up a wide bit of trail with roots and rocks.
- Finally, you descent down the forest. Over a root mess and down the final double track to the lake of Stora Stentjärn.

The trail is part of Vättlefjällsleden.
