The Rollers offers a steep and fast descent from the Cedar Ridge summit back to the Meadow Trail and the blue gate at Syringa Heights road. Brave souls may attempt to climb the Rollers; it can be done, but be ready to stand and grind in your lowest gear up up gradients as steep as 16% or more. This is actually the fastest way to the top of Sherwood Forest from the blue gate; the only other route is via Meadow Trail, out onto Hwy 2, then up Cardiac Bypass to either Ripple or East Side Trail. So if you're looking to get in some quick laps from Dover via Syringa Heights road, this is your route to the top; just be prepared for a little hike-a-bike.
Lower access from Meadow Trail above the blue gate at Syringa Heights road and upper access from Cedar Ridge Road summit or the Cedar Ridge Road connector from Sherwood Forest. The top of this trail also marks the beginning of the more popular descent, Pajama Party.
