Tons of horse traffic chewing up the surface, I saw 50+ horses and riders, plus lots of horse poop.

 One of the best trails I've ridden. Incredible views, uniqueness and flows really well. Enough uphill to keep you honest and keep it from being shuttled like crazy via the highway.

 October 18, 2016-Thunder Mtn is very dry. A fair amount of small baby heads on some of the tougher switchbacks.
