Starting from the parking lot (W to E) requires a lot of hiking. You can ride about half of it and the payoff after is not enough, IMHO. Climbing Gold Creek trail might be miserable, though, so it’s worth considering if you’re doing the whole mountain. Keep an eye out for the mine entrance, it’s super creepy!
