Top Down is a fun fast and flowy jeep track that for the most part rides like a singletrack trail. It has many small rock and root features and lots of natural jump lines. The surface is mostly solid and hardpacked. The trail crosses undulating elevation with some steady yet modest climbs followed by long flowy and fast descents. True cross country riding. Top Down connects Milford Byway to Farm Way in the North.
This is a great way to do the loop up to College Rock. Start at Adams Street Parking Lot, Up Adams Lot Trail, down Holliston Highway, right onto Highway Connector, up Top Down, left onto Farm Way, right onto First Base, left onto College Rock Run to the parking lot. Into the parking lot and back over the top of College Rock, back down Walker Trail, left onto College Rock Run, down to bottom end of Farm Way and out via Dennis Playground or Beaver Brook Way to Milford Byway, New Trail back to Adams Street Parking Lot. You can of course add any number of the trails along the way to make it more interesting. But this is the basic route.
Top Down runs between Milford Byway and Farm Way, parallel to the Upper Charles River Rail Trail, but in them hills.
