Upper Missing Lynx was completed by the legendary Mike K. of Selkirk Recreation District in summer 2025 to complete the top-most segment of its namesake Missing Lynx, which picks up on City of Sandpoint property just east of switchback 6 on Schweitzer Mountain Road. Upper Missing Lynx includes two of the longest granite slabs in the Lower Basin, both with ridearounds for the timid riders who aren't ready to commit to the steepest lines.
