an awesome bike shop, the lineup of guys there seems to constantly change which is too bad but I've never had bad service from them, not sure what the guy up there meant but I started going there when I was 14-15 and they always treated me well, my first time in there was when a screw came loose on my brake caliper and fell out and one of the mechanics who had never met me before gave me a new screw free of charge just so I could make it home, that alone speaks for how good the guys there are
Always great products and service. Star taken off for slightly high prices, but hey, every LBS has higher prices than we would like.
Yup, Dan, Jordi and Craig are the best in town - new store is sweet too! Always had great service with these guys, unlike other stores in the area. My go-to store fo sho!
when this shop was at parkgate it was horrible, they treated me and my friends like crap just because we where kids and they couldn't be bothered to help us. When cracked my rear triangle that was still under warranty it took them 3 months to order a new one in, they didn't even let me take the old one back, this was all at the beginning of summer so i had no bike season that year. And if i wanted to borrow an allen key just for a quick 30 seconds its like i had to sign my death penalty sheet. The costumer service at this shop was horrible, I'm never shopping here again even if i have to!
