It’s official, we’re obsessed! When we opened our Lonsdale doors the goal was simple: assemble a team that lived and breathed bikes and offered the best service in the Lower Mainland. And now in our new space at 382 Esplanade East we take another step in sharing the Obsession!
Why did we name our store Obsession: Bikes? It’s the truth; We are obsessed with bikes, all kinds of bikes. Enduro Bikes, Gravel Bikes, Road Bikes, Commuter bikes, XC bikes, All Mountain bikes, THE best kids bikes. I am obsessed with riding them; obsessed with servicing them; obsessed with having a great selection of parts; obsessed with everything to do with bikes; the obsession is so deep it is almost clinical!
Our team is obsessed. We are focused on you, our customer. We want to be your best bike shop. We are committed to the best service standards in the industry. We have an incredible selection of bikes from Trek, Scott, Orbea, Pivot, Opus and more! Our accessory selection is second to none. Our ordering service is sublime. I’m from the Nanaimo area and stopped in briefly to ask a couple of tech questions. The staff asked me to bring in my bike and Lou gave it the once over and answered all my newbie questions and explained a couple of unusual sounds about my newer Orbea ebike.
