SaveLambert Park is a dense network of mostly intermediate trails. Dotted around the park are a few rocky sections, but mostly smooth singletrack. The most popular section is up by the Rodeo where there are directional trails for going up and coming down the fast and fun Rodeo Downhill trail. The Spring trail is also a popular way to ride up to the top. The High Bench is more of a Sleepy Hollow type of ride below the underbrush of the park and weaves through dense trees with a couple nice bridges. For more varying downhill terrain, head up to the South East corner and drop down any one of a number of rides. My favorite in this area is the Ruin trail, which has a little rock jump every 20 or so feet. Not huge air, but fun to try and hit them all on your way down.
