      - Sub Region 1: judeţe
      - Sub Region 2: nefolosit
      - City: UAT-ul din care traseul adăugat face parte, indiferent că e sat, comună, sau municipiu (ex.: Braşov, Râşnov, Bran sunt toate opţiuni corecte). Cea mai uşoară cale de a identifica UAT-ul la adăugarea unui traseu este selectarea basemap-ului ArcGIS Topo, unde apar limitele prin linii gri punctate de-a lungul cărora sunt scrise denumirile. Dacă un traseu trece prin două UAT-uri, se alege cel mai relevant pentru traseul respectiv (ex.: UAT-ul localităţii din care traseul pleacă sau ajunge).
      - Riding Area: Util dacă un UAT are mai multe zone diferite cu trasee (ex.: o comună care poate avea poteci în mai multe grupe montane. Comuna Zăvoi din Caraş-Severin se întinde atât în Munţii Ţarcu, cât şi în Munţii Poiana Ruscă). De cele mai multe ori acest câmp este/poate fi lăsat gol.

      Atenţie: regiunile de tip unitate de relief nu vor fi acceptate, pentru că de cele mai multe ori se întind pe suprafaţa mai multor judeţe sau UAT-uri (ex.: Munţii Făgăraş). De asemenea, de multe ori limitele unei unităţi de relief nu sunt clare (ex.: limita dintre Podişul Mehedinţi şi Munţii Mehedinţi variază în funcţie de sursă).



      Adăugare trasee, informaţii importante:
      - Orice traseu care include mai multe drumuri sau mai multe poteci legate nu va fi acceptat. Acestea trebuie adăugate individual
      - Singletrack înseamnă potecă. Orice traseu pe care se poate merge cu o maşină de teren nu este singletrack şi trebuie adăugat ca access road.
      - Pentru o mai bună diferenţiere, vor fi marcate ca Access Road toate drumurile publice (judeţene, comunale) şi ca Secondary Access Road restul (drumuri forestiere, doubletrack-uri, etc.)
      - Recommended Bikes: alege unul sau două tipuri de biciclete pentru care traseul se pretează cel mai bine. Chiar dacă poţi coborî cu o bicicletă de cross-country pe un traseu de downhill din bikepark, nu înseamnă că aceasta ar trebui trecută ca recommended bike. Downhill şi All-Mountain sunt de ajuns.
