Lots of muddy puddles, some deeper than others. Most are avoidable, but some aren't. Given the recent heavy rain, this comes as no surprise. Ok throughout a good majority of the trail, as it's very well packed down and has a bit of gravel, but there are a few bits where traction is a bit lacking if you pick the wrong line. The rocky parts on the brief downhill section are rather slippery. Not as leisurely as it usually is.

Beginning section really worn out, 491 is in much better shape. Slippery at end before you enter the park.
