I don’t know why the lower 50 is marked no ebike. It’s state trust land and e-bikes are allowed. Upper 50 is national forest so e-bikes are not allowed.

Fun, twisty, smooth single track that provides access to upper trails. Very pretty area, right at the base of the Catalina mountains. I saw a family of mule deer, a desert tortoise and several very colorful birds.

The sections from Golder Ranch lot to The Chutes has never been as sandy as it is - it's actually forcing braids on the sides of the trail to get away from it.
