Red Loop at Emma Carlin Trails
Trails are very smooth and easy with a few easy tech bits here and there. Not much climbing but some climbs are short and steep fire roads. The southern part of the green loop is where the tech stuff is. You can bypass it by going on the Orange/Red section, but it is the best part and not challenging tech.
Out of state ride will cost you ~$14 if you pay the fees. There is a vehicle fee (~$10) and a trail fee (~$4). The fee box is self service and you carry a slip with you. I would plan a whole day around the place and also ride the John Muir Trails which can be connected to the Emma Carlin Trails.
