Official multi-use bidirectional gravel trail. The trail is open from April 15th to October 31st to bikes, and is one of the only trails in Peavy Arboretum that bikes may use, with the other two being Intensive Management and Bonzai. This trail is never open to horses. It is open year-round to pedestrian traffic. Bikes are required by OSU to yield to all other users.

The trail is a point-to-point route between two different portions of the Intensive Management loop, that climbs and descends around and across its namesake creek. The trail is fairly wide and smooth, but there are occasional roots and opportunities to go fast.

This trail is slightly more remote than Intensive Management but riders should still expect substantial pedestrian traffic.

Access Info

Access either end of this trail from Intensive Management trail, or from the 540 Road and its associated trailhead along Highway 99 across from Adair Village.
