Official multi-use bidirectional gravel trail. The trail is open from April 15th to October 31st to bikes, and is one of the only trails in Peavy Arboretum that bikes may use, with the other two being Calloway Creek and Bonzai. This trail is never open to horses. It is open year-round to pedestrian traffic. Bikes are required by OSU to yield to all other users.

The trail is a lollipop-type loop extending north from the parking lot, passing through multiple sections of forest management examples, as well as serving as a connector to both ends of the Calloway Creek trail. The entire trail is wide, graveled and smooth with little to no technical features save for a few barely-exposed roots and stumps.

Expect a lot of pedestrian traffic on this trail.

Access Info

Access from the parking lot or from any of the roads it crosses, or from any of the unauthorized trails that reach it via local neighborhoods. Also access from either end of Calloway Creek.
