Land Owner
Super fun and flowy section of trail that has great descents and strenuous climbs. This trail has a ton of vertical per mile, which is harder to come by in the Bella-Vista area. The miles will feel longer in the Down Under. Follow your trail and keep on shredding

A microcosm of Tunnel Vision. Test ride this to see if you want the bigger version. You’re either going up or going down. Of course the descents are fun, but the climbs are pretty brutal and they add up fast. As with TV, I wish the trail builders had added in more pitch moderation in spots to give the trail more variety and to be less of a climb-fest. As is, plan on riding when the temperatures aren’t so high or when you’re in better shape! Last, confirmation of counterclockwise direction.

Did this ccw. Really good work out for hiking although definitely made for biking. Hopefully they will work on better parking but overall an enjoyable hike.

After riding a bunch of times, definitely flows better and more fun counterclockwise. Add in an out n back stretch going west on Tunnel Vision to add miles and a few more fun/fast sections of trail!

Nice trek today on the Down Under Trail. The 5 miles was a good mix of rolling hills with some decent climbing and descends. With all the rocks it was nice to have trekking poles for the climbs and descends. I recommend this trail for folks that want to have a nice 2 hour hike that starts and ends at the same place with a good loop. I was disappointed not to see any kangaroos...Ha...Ha...

She's a beaut, another great BVille trail. Did it CW, but looks equally fun in both directions.

Start from the Red, not the green to avoid 3 miles of steep incline. Whoops, great trail.

Did this one clockwise from the parking area by cunningham. It has a very intense startoff but some climbing after that. Quite a bit of climbing but some really fun downhill parts as well. I would imagine it might be more fun the other way but I'll let you know next time. Great workout.
