Classic or old-school narrow single track with some roots and tight corners as it winds through the forest. The upper section starts with a short climb on a gravel spur before entering a hand-built singletrack that is several years old (formerly known as Stellar Jay) with newly reconditioned corners added in 2014. The middle section is new in 2015 with long swooping berms and some occasional side hips and kickers. The bottom section is a nearly-flat traverse back to the parking lot.
The entire trail is intended for climbing or descending.
Access from the parking lot at Fall Creek Rd by taking the gravel path across the bridge, and staying left at the intersection with the very bottom of Springboard trail. Also intersects Springboard at approximately the halfway point. The top of the trail ends at Dutchman-Springboard Tie Rd (BLM 14-7-36) which provides access to the middle of the trail network.
