Note that the official Geronimo Trail is the alignment that ends at the 20th St Trailhead. The original alignment down to the Boy Scout Camp is still accessible from the junction on Geronimo, but the bottom of the trail is sometimes inaccessible when the Camp gates are closed.

This trail is very fun. There are a few tight switch backs at the end of the trail but other than that it’s mostly straight. This trail is very technical with lots of rock drops and rock gardens. As far as difficultly goes I think it is like national but a lot narrower, so there are no bypasses around tricky features.

Fun technical descent with some very tight switchbacks near the bottom.
