One of the best downhill runs off the Provo Bench. Cardio is difficult up, but not a bad climb, even a fun ride up on the upper third. Mostly ridden downhill, it starts off tight through the scrub oak, and the grass can get pretty overgrown. The trail goes fast as you throw your bike back and forth eventually emerging out onto the bench with a grand view of Provo and the mouth of the canyon. Most the rest of the trail is like a sloping open meadow with some off-camber turns and a steep finish out to the road.
