The most popular trail here, as its name says, it flows nicely. There is some really cool snaking woodwork that is a bit narrow and has some ups and downs that make this trail fun.
This trail is ridden in a clockwise direction - pedaling up the left side and down the right side. The Low Flow has sandy soil and a great trail to ride after light to moderate rain.

OCTOBER 2021: be careful of fallen trees on the trail of you ride this in the next couple of days. Several large downed trees on the downhill portions which could be dangerous if you come around a blind corner with speed.

Super nice trail. Has some long wood structures, but very doable, lots of chunky rocky sections, of course lots of rooty sections. It was very dry and soft sand in many spots. (June 7th) much more technical than trail across street at parking lot.

Well constructed and fun trail. The fact that it is one direction means you can let er rip! There is one nasty drop if you're not paying attention!
