The most popular trail here, as its name says, it flows nicely. There is some really cool snaking woodwork that is a bit narrow and has some ups and downs that make this trail fun.

This trail is ridden in a clockwise direction - pedaling up the left side and down the right side. The Low Flow has sandy soil and a great trail to ride after light to moderate rain.
