This is a short trail with lots of ladders and stunts, even a couple gappers. Most of the ladders provide exit options, drop, ride off or bigger drop.

Natural High is one of the first trails you can ride on Fromme. The trailhead is before the first switchback, right across from the water towers.

       They changed the entrance when they built the parking lot. Probably to the right of the washrooms...havent ridden it since the lot opened

       It starts just below the middle of the parking lot. You can see the first ladder bridge heading into the woods. Pretty greasy at the moment.

       Short really fun alternative to king of the shore/middle griffen. The hardest TTFs are optional and if all easy routes are taken its more of a blue/black then a black but there are drops and some kinda steep parts so beginner/intermediate riders be weary.
