For hikers, this provides a connection between the Brownsville and Windsor Trails. For bikes, it is the middle section of the Norcross Trail, which must be ridden in its entirety. Most of it is intermediate in technical ability, but short parts require more rock-riding skills, or can be walked.
Accessible to bikes from Norcross B and Norcross 3 only, which are accessed from the AOC or State Park campground trailheads. MTB access from Windsor and Brownsville trailheads is forbidden.
