Old Catalyst downhill connection to Sky Pilot and Beaver Flats fallen into disrepair after the completion of Rim Job.

Flash forward to 2025, and the trail is back in black. While a new downhill line had been built some years ago, a separate new uphill line has now been completed. It uses half of the original climbing line, then crosses the drainage and ascends to the the trail formerly known as rim job on a new alignment.

For the duration of the 2025 season at least, this connection offers a northbound route starting on Beaver Flatsww.trailforks.com/trails/beaver-flats/]Beaver Flats[/L] and exiting out onto Beth Nealson road.
