Quite possibly thee best, and definitely Nelson’s most notorious trail, the Bag is a good, long fun ride with lots of humbling rock slabs and quick uphills. Connects to the old rail grade at Troop Beach with a 4km pedal back to the Svaboda parking lot.

Still fun but not what it used to be. bottom half is basically just a rut.

Trail is very up and down for the first bit, but the slabs and rock rolls are on point. Super fun and hard to try and clean, excellent trail.

Just cleared all slabs of downed trees from top half of trail.
Cleared 15 trees so upper part is all clear.
Dirt trail down to rail grade still has a few trees I’m told. But the funerer stuff is all clear.
