If riding Roller Coaster you are usually at the end of your ride and looking to exit the trail system. Heading slightly south of Quenton’s or Cliffside, you will be drawn off an old logging road to the left (west) DOWN Roller Coaster. This trail is a series of steep dips and gravity assisted ascents through a continuous draw (gulley) until it spits you out at the Powerline. Here you can continue across and keep desending until you join (#69) the Tail Gate Alternative, which will keep descending BUT, if you are hoping to take a hard right to Selkirk Slacker, it comes up quick Roller Coaster is a blue rated trail but is steep and continuous. This trail can not be climbed on a bike!
