Evolution is mostly a connector for the other trails in the area like Beef Camp, Jewel Gulch, and Capitol Hill. It offers spectacular views of the surrounding areas. The South end of the trail is a dirt road that descends into Terror Gulch, the North end of the trail meets up with NF 424.

trail is clear of fallen trees/debris for the most part but there are a few sniper branches hanging down. Keep your eyes up and head down.
