The Forest Loop is a great romp, but short. You do not get to see the ocean though, so Seal Bay is rather a misnomer.

We entered off Hardy Road and road the loop clockwise. It’s almost all down hill so it’s a total blast. We came to a short uphill section about 3/4s of way around, took the mountain bike trail up a steeper section and finished the rest of the trail on more flat easy riding.
