Easier trail, with some climbing and some downhill mixed in. Nothing too hard, entire trail is easily ridden on any XC bike. Makes a good starting trail, to hit some of the other trails in the park. Can be ridden in either direction and offers access to Dynamite Trail on the north side of the park.

Is there any general consensus on which direction is best to run this trail? Clockwise or counterclockwise?

Clockwise. Some short fun downhill going clockwise. Counterclockwise has a rather steep uphill section.

Clockwise definitely has some fun rocky decents.
