This trail initiates at the parking lot of Molista village moving through the village and crossing an old stone bridge close to the area where an old watermill used to exist. It continues further as a very smooth singletrack up to the point of the old church of St. Haralambos. From then on the trail is very thick in vegetation and requires multiple crossings of the stream to get through. It is not suggested for cycling further from the point of the church and hikers are required to use extreme caution and be prepared to get wet up to ankle height.
